Hm, odd! I would try and leave it unplugged for a little while to complete drain it of all electricity. Then try the reset again. What happens when you try and perform the reset? // Chris

Hi! That´s really odd. You should definitely not need to hold it for that long. If you´ve tried it a few times and it´s still not working there might be something wrong. mine dosent stop flasing green
Hi! That´s really odd. Try keeping it unplugged completely for about 10 min, the plug it in. Let it start up as much as possible and then retry the process. Does that change anything? // Chris
