You're not flexible.
Let your body go, relax your body and be more flexible. You will nail it.
Right now you look like you're forcing the dance on you.
Don't force it.
Am a dance teacher (I was for 4 years).
The secret is to not move your head AT ALL, move your legs less, be more gentle. Let your hips do all the movement.

She is flexible. She was demonstrating isolations and showed that she has incredible control over her body. To me, that’s the mark of someone who is actually incredibly flexible because they know what muscles they need to isolate and the best ways to move them.
