Artists do not have that money in cash. It requires them to sell their assets which reverts power to other communities. That would mean that from the time of sale the cash flow starts to dwindle. Do you really think they care about 13% of the population in one of the hundreds of countries they do business with they don't care they won't care and they should not care.
