For anyone interested in the lore, time has been completely reset. Foundation mentions in a previous comic about the formation of the Zero Point and another character calls it the Big Bang. The retrieval mission Jones goes on is for the rocket and the time machine is used to reset time to when the Zero Point creates everything.
In other words, the zero point is done for, the whole omniverse/multiverse is released to be free now without the zero point. The Zero Point final power was giving the omniverse a connected highway, basically everything can travel between the galaxies now

The reason Agent Jones went back in time to do this was to undo the damage done by Fracture. This was only the 1st step to defeating The Last Reality. Unless if time travel was possible, it would have been all over. Back in the present, they won, according to Optimus Prime. Who knows in which Chapter it would be (Probably either 5 or X, if it gets that far), but I think the end of the storyline will be the final battle against The Last Reality. We will probably kill The Cube Queen, save The Seven before The Last Reality kidnaps them via the chrome, and destroy Cube’s Cradle. Then, there won’t be seasons or chapters anymore. There still would be Battle Royale, but it would be constantly changing maps, such as seasonal ones or crossover ones. However, it would primarily focus on Creative and become equivalent to Roblox.
The end of the storyline won't be saving the Seven we'll save the Seven most likely in ch5 the story won't end for a long time as Donald Mustard said the story will be still going on for years

@@downhill1222well the 2nd showing got canceled cause of too many people on the servers so there were only 2 showings that day than 3 showings as it was originally planned
