This is an excellent little number. I looked up this composer, and he's a New Englander. I'm a beginner working on finding my way around the instrument. The most challenging passage for me is the 3rd measure of letter D in the 8th-note passage where you jump from G2, to G3, and then to D3. In this passage I am simply crossing directly over from the G2 on the D-string to the G3 harmonic on the G-string, and then up to the D3 harmonic on the D-string. G2 on the D-string is directly across from the G3 harmonic on the G-string with the same finger. I hope that wasn't confusing. It's tricky, but it gets those notes really in tune. If any one knows a better way to execute that passage, please let us know.
