Now I saw when testing spin motor your resistance is fluctuating not stable or is it because u hold the cable with two hands. Because usually it supposed to be a stable resistance value not fluctuating I am correct.

Both the motors are spinning in clockwise. I think one motor should spin both anti-clockwise and clockwise.

I'm not sure since it's an AC motor, maybe through a battery with a lot of currents converting to AC via inverter.

the washer motor should be spin in both direction something is missing
Washing machine has a circuit with does that.
Both points of capacitor terminal will go to the controller board in washing machine, switching connection between two will switch the direction..

Yes it's neutral or negative wire
It is called common because it will always be connected, but either of the other wires may be connected for clockwise or counterclockwise spin.

Halo..when testing for resistance you should make sure that not any of your body doesn't come in contact with the test leads on both points. Try again..great job otherwise.

Our body resistance will be far grater than the range measured there, moreover, he did the same thing for all three. He is just trying to figure out the common. So that may not be compulsory, but it's a good practice...

What is the rpm on these motors and would they have sufficient torque to power a diy small woodworking lathe?
I didn’t test the RPM of these to be honest. Nope; the torque isn’t enough for a lathe; even on washing machines these motors attached with smaller belt-pulley or gear system to increase it’s torque.
