[MHW] Longsword - Banbaro, solo A rank, (6'10"21)

I already miss LR/HR. There's so much wrong with this quest.
Every loadout uses HR gear, some really bad ones.
And due to Iceborne's balancing, to get an A rank you have to religiously abuse Clutch Claw (wounding, slinger ammo, forcing enrage with claw slaps) so the first minute of every attempt is the same mindnumbing tedium.
I initially tried to do this with Hammer but it doesn't seem to have the damage output and utility to deal with Banbaro's garbage AI.
So I grinded well over and hour with Longsword until I got this run that I could've barely improved on. In hindsight Switchaxe would've probably been better.
I tried a couple of MR Arena Quest 02 after (Nightshade Paolumu) and it's the same horrible experience of Clutch Claw spreadsheet dependency so not looking forward to A clearing all of MR.
