Thanks so much for watching! I always recommend starting with Etsy. It’s very simple to set up and I find most people who buy on Etsy appreciate the handmade quality and are willing to pay what things are worth. And you can still share in FB and just have links to your Etsy listings.

Glad you found me on TH-cam too! That page where you signed up to get on the waitlist does talk more about the group. But there are so many benefits! I will help you improve your wreath making skills whether you’re a beginner or further along, with an easy to follow step by step success path. I also will teach you how to sell them effectively if you also want to go that route. I go into much more detail than I do here on TH-cam, I also have a detailed supply list for every project with alternatives in case you can’t find something. I teach you how to do this for yourself. How to design wreaths from scratch, how to shop for materials, be more efficient and not waste, how to add different textures and colors, more of the why behind everything. I also do wreath and Etsy shop critiques, which have been very helpful for a lot of people. Other than the library of content and trainings I do every week, you’ll have so much more access to me so that I can help you with whatever you need or is keeping you stuck. I have several different kinds that I use from a few different places. Michaels is where I get the large orange ones that I used in my most recent live video.

I’m trying to set my shop up kinda like yours, is there any way you can give me a cost of what it cost to do yours please.
I have my shop on Etsy, and it’s free! Very easy and simple to set up, and you just have a 20 cent listing fee per listing, and then Etsy takes a small percentage of your sales revenue. I have a video here on Etsy comparing Shopify and Etsy if you’re interested. The Etsy fee has changed a tad, but other than that everything is still true today.

What is the white background you use for your photos? I'm looking for a light colored background to take photos of my wreaths.
Right now I’m just using the side of my shed. I have a video here on TH-cam about how I take pictures on my iPhone. In that video I show what I used to use. Unfortunately it got ruined over the winter 😬

Hi! Yes, the doors closed to the group on that day. I only open the doors to new members a couple times a year. But if you join the waitlist, you’ll be the first to know when doors are open again.

I love this. I have trouble with my gorilla glue because it melts the stems of my flowers and stems any suggestions?
Oh bummer! One of the things about the glue getting really hot is that it forms a stronger bond than glue that doesn’t get as hot. If you have flowers stems that need some reinforcement, you can use a steel pick matching (kind of a spendy option) or use something like wooden picks that you can add to your flower stems. That is a little more time consuming, though.

Yes I do, and I’ve showed it in some videos, but I don’t usually show it because it’s the same thing every time. I just add a little jute loop on the back.

So glad you’re feeling better! Since I’m not an accountant, I probably won’t do that, but all I do is have it on my phone, connect it to my business bank account and debit card. Then I only use that card for business purchases. As transactions come in, you just have them go to specific categories. And that’s about it. I keep it VERY simple.

What a beautiful wreath! 😍 Yesterday I went shopping for my autumn wreath picks ( im in U.K) It was a big massive fail! The choice where.i live is terrible. I paid £5 for just 2 picks! Ended up buying some autumn leaves.online instead. I wish I knew where people bulk buy their flowers/ decor from because you simply can't buy them in stores where I am.

Hey Natasha! I know, that one has been hard to come by lately. This year has been awful as far as finding things in stock. Supply chain issues. So I have no idea when it will be back in stock. Every now and then I’ll find a couple in the store. Online they’ve been sold out for awhile. Whatever you end up making I hope you send me a pic!

I just shipped my first wreath and I did something wrong!! I live in New Orleans and I shipped it to Ohio it was $34🤦♀️. it was a grapevine wreath with a sign hanging off the side. do you have any suggestions for sending something with a sign that’s offset? Do you think it would be weird to just try and make it where they can attach the sign when they get it? Apparently if it wouldn’t of had a sign on it I could’ve sent it for $12… thank you for everything💜💜💜

Oh no! Yikes that’s expensive! For larger boxes, definitely don’t ship USPS. Go with FedEx or UPS Ground. I know there are some wreath makers who have the sign shipped with the wreath but not attached, however that can irritate people too. I think as long as it’s VERY simple to attach and you have clear instructions for the customer, and you say that on your listing, then it’d be fine. Right now I’m getting most of my grapevines from Michaels. I like their pro-packs because it saves a little bit of money.
