[WoW] Zekvir's lair ?? difficulty solo Guardian druid

Basically you need to beat DPS check on the egg every ~50 seconds. It is about 9.5M health within 20 seconds, but typically DPS check is more tight due to other mechanics. You may want to keep some CDs like RotS, Convoke or 6 stack of wildpower surge on egg.
If your gear is good enough to break the DPS check every single time, then you may not need to consider any defensive option. Use DPS trickets and Use all the rage for Maul/Ravage. If you group ironfur with other spells with macro, remove it.
