Hello ji! Totally depends on your course language. If in english then ILETS, if course is in german then german is required ofcourse. I am not sure if Band 6 would be accepted though. It totally depends on your university. Generally you need to have 6.5 atleast with different requirements section wise like listening, writing etc.
