He din pay the 4lakh installment as promised by him in the agreement, thus the agreement becomes null and void because he failed to perform his part... and moreover he switched off his phone and ignored the owner, and again there is no signature of the owner in the agreement..
Hence, he is guilty and no court can save him...only our local freedom fighters court might proof him innocent...

He might not be on the run. But it seems he couldn't pay the half amount last month as per their agreement, so the owner tried to contact him but was unable to reach him, and that might be the reason the owner exposed this issue on internet

If I took a loan from the bank and i couldn't repay back on said amount of time given by the bank and also ignores the call from the bank staff by switching off my phone, then no matter even if i had a personal problem or an issue for me not being able to pay up or ignoring their calls (unless im dead) they will paste my name along with my photo on the notice board, inside or outside the bank classifying me as a fraud too.
They won't care to know what i did with the money i took from the loan but they'll only need the money back. Or i have to face the consequences as per the law.
And i can't sue the bank for defamation for pasting my info on their notice board as a fraud😂

Looking at both side of the story, it appears the car rental owner(1st party) missed to mention the media the entire details about the car accident and the agreement, if whatever the person who rented(2nd party) has stated to the media is true which brings the 1st party at fault.
If whatever the 1st party has stated in the media is true, then the 2nd party seems to be at fault for not receiving the calls that the 1st party tried to make.
Whatever the case may be and whoever is telling the truth, we ought to be very cautious with our actions because there's always pros and cons of the media.
