    Before you open the can, punch a hole in the bottom, the cream of chicken will slide out easily. That goes for anything that has a thick consistency

    • @everydayjoe1217
      @everydayjoe1217 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Then blow into the hole, the contents will slid out without any trouble.

    you should never clamp down your crock pot while cooking. it can explode. it probably wont but could..its not a pressure cooker. it will cook just fine with no clamp down. the clamps are there for if you want to take your cooked food to a picnic or someones house. the clamps are only for that reason for after you are done cooking and want to transport your meal.

    • @TheBonnieLife
      @TheBonnieLife  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Does Anyone Ever Smell The Containers That The Chicken Sits On 🤔🤔 The Liquid Or The Water Contents Creates An Ordor At Times And Leaves A Slimy residue On The Meat . Also The Lingering Fat Content Is Not Clean. I Call This Exactly What It Looks Like . Lazy , A Dump , No Thought Process , And Don't Care About Cleaniness. When Feeding Themselves Or Others. You Should Always Clean Everything You Consume In Your Body . Especially When All Foods Are Beimg Transported And Handled By Others And During This Coronavirus Pandemic Were Having All Over The World !! 🌎 I Still Follow The Golden Rule And The Old School Teachings From My Mother , Grandmother , And Six Years In Home Economic Classes Throughout My Junior And Senior Highschool Days. Wash Your Chicken Until You See No More Fat , Slime , Blood , And Anything Else That May Wash Off Into The Sink. Not Only Chicken Need To Be Clean , All The Meat You Eat And Everything On Earth You Eat. Both My Boys DO NOT EAT AT OTHER PEOPLE HOMES AT ALL !! THEY WERE TAUGHT EARLY THAT NO ONE COOKS THE SAME , UNLESS YOU SEE THEM PREPARING MEALS . WHOEVER STARTED THIS ABOUT NOT WASHING CHICKEN , WHICH HAS MORE GERMS THAN THE CORONAVIRUS SHOULD BE ASHAME TO FEED UNWASHED CHICKEN TO ANYONE. ALSO , THE WAY YOU WASTED MY TIME SEEING YOU SPLATTER BOTH CANS OF CREAM OF CHICKEN , VEGETABLES , AND THOSE CHEAP BISCUITS ON THE TOP , INSTEAD OF THE BIG PILLSBURY BUTTERMILK , BIG BISCUITS WITH BUTTER IN IT , OR BIG SOUTHERN BICUITS BY PILLSBURY DID NOT LOOK INTISING AT ALL !! I WATCHED ANYWAY TO SEE THE ENDING RESULTS AND TO CRTIQUE YOU ON WHY YOU SHOULD NOT DO ANOTHER VIDEO , UNLESS YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT COOKING IN THE KITCHEN !!

    • @TheBonnieLife
      @TheBonnieLife  5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      It serves 4 or 5 people. I would just use 2 breasts, 1 can of soup. And half the bag of veggies for 2 people. The time should be about the same in a crockpot. As long as the chicken reaches 160 degrees farenheit it will be fine. Keep in mind that this freezes well though. If you make this full size you can freeze the leftover mix (minus the biscuits) in a freezer bag and have it ready for a quick meal at another time.

    Some people are just not good at being humans!! Why so rude. I guess some of us were just taught that if you didn't have anything nice to say you keep your mouth shut. Some of us don't have the luxury of time to spend in the kitchen. Some of us have Chronic Illnesses that keep us bed ridden half of the time. So NO Bonnie not A LAZY RECEIPE! An easy delicious one!! Loved at my house! Get the family fed, less clean up, fairly cheap and really good! Thanks lady. Keep on keepin on!❤

    Genuinely took me a good 5 mins to realise what you call a crockpot is what us brits call a slow cooker... and we call you guys for simplifying things 😂
    Looks amazing and will be trying tomorrow 😀

      We also call it slow cooker but the actual name of it is crock pot .so we refer to it as both slow cooker or crock pot .

    If I make this for my boy friend, I'm convinced he'd marry me on the spot. Especially with the cookies afterwards. This looks amazing. I can almost taste it.

    It looked good but your chicken was tough and way overcooked. 3 hrs. would have been more than enough on high as chicken isn't a tough piece of meat like a pot roast. I will try it at 5 hrs on low. TFS.

    First you need a 49ers crock pot.
    Second if you poke a hole in bottom of soup can after you open it, all the soup will fall out. As the hole in bottom allows air to help the soup not be held by air vacuum.
    Try it, it works...ypur welcome... Go 49ers!!

    • @TheBonnieLife

      Now why would I want a 49ers crockpot when the Chiefs are the reigning Superbowl Champions? 😁

    I only watch this because the day before I had purchased a chicken pot pie at KFC and was shocked how good it was. I don't know how much more healthier this version is but I will try =)
