Coming from a Guy that Actually had a dislocated ankle before after it bent 90° inward... and took a year before 100% recovery and full strength.. after watching many of these videos and specifically watching these ankle shoe moves.. I've figured out the illusion they've mastered while dancing. I give props for mastering it, but it's still an illusion none the less.
