I am happy that they covered Faye's story arch. While she is clearly written as your classic femme fatale she gets so much more than that type of female character normally gets. There is a sadness and depth that you don't get with many female characters. I remember wondering why Hollywood couldn't make such great female characters, because by the end it kind of breaks your heart to see her going to her old home.
