Im very curious to know, hows the noise and privacy situation since you live very low floor facing other blocks? Any pest issues? I'm picking my BTO unit soon and worry about low floor units!
I think living at low floors require certain precautions. We actually got mozzi nets to cover up toilet windows to make sure insects cannot come in. You need to spray baygon regularly into the main bin.
