I'd like a SoD-type situation, where the locations for housing are scattered around the world, and have to be discovered by the community organically. How cool would it be to wander around Stonetalon Mountains and discover a cabin on a cliff? Or find a small library tucked away in an alley in Suramar? Or a air elemental's tower perched on a cloud? It's such a lovely idea. 😍
Fun fact: despite the oooular saying, most graves are actually closer to 4 feet deep. The 6 foot tradition comes from the Black Death period, where it was mandated that graves be at least 6 foot deep, but many were more than 20ft deep to accommodate all the bodies. Before that, graves were often shallow enough to just about house the body, and would often be reused, with the skeleton of the previous occupant being moved to an ossuary. Deeper burials came back into fashion in the 17 and 1800s when graverobbing and body snatching became common, but nowadays graves can be as shallow as 2 feet, it really depends on the graveyard. This has been grave facts with me :)
I have autism and one of my major hyperfixations is dinosaurs, so I started showing my mom the Jurassic park game playthrough, and I hadn’t even realized Arin’s *“hamalamalamala!”* from the main building music was irritating, but apparently to my neurotypical mom, those noises grated on her so much she told me she couldn’t handle it and to never play it again. She said it was like nails on a chalkboard. Meanwhile I was literally mimicking Arin’s mimicking of the music. She couldn’t even get past the first episode. She caught ME doing it and genuinely got mad 😂 It was a vocal stim for me for a whole week and I think my mom wanted to kill me 💀 I absolutely fucking LOVED the Jurassic Park game. The amount of frustration mixed with pure joy was incredible ❤❤
3:41 vicarious visions are also some.of the same people behind tony hawk pro skater 1 and 2 remake. So that's a thing for the Muppets to be carry with them.
