Dear shobha ..love watching your podcasts..as I was watching this. I decided to comment and realized that a lot of people have had similar experiences and that is to do with your regularly interrupting your guests when they are answering and you are injecting yourself while disrupting the flow sometimes. My wife tells me the same thing when sometimes we are having a conversation about something. I know how it must feel but thought of sharing it anyways. In an hour long interview, you are probably speaking 60/70% of the time. I still will listen to your podcasts as they have a meaningful content, but in the interest of your subscribers, you may please take my comments as a positive criticism rather than undermining the value of your podcasts. Thanks.

You are intrupting too much in between , kindly request you to stop , allow an expert to through quality light on the topic, otherwiseb he he will forget what to say on topic. Please watch some podcast episodes from DOAC how the Host listens to his guests.Also very annoying the camera keep changing from the guest to host in the whole podcast. The camera should always focus on the guest or whoever is speaking instead it keeps changing the focus all the time. Why would we need to look at you when the guest is speaking!!

One things seems missing here looking at the expense adjusted income part. For example you are earning Rs100 in your home town (For eg Kolkata) You don’t have to pay for rent at the end of the month you save Rs30-Rs40 now you get an offer in Mumbai where you are offered Rs150/- in absolute terms you are getting 50% hike But you are paying Rs40/- for rent. then post expense you are saving Rs20/- then even Income increased but your investment and saving capacity reduces or stays same In such cases for earning 50% extra obvsly in corporate expectation from you would be higher but this extra stress and skillset doesn’t improve your life style

Father in top PSU ONGC, mother is housewife, Own House, car , could afford top education so no education loan, parents future are secure with pensions and funds, parents medical covered by ONGC, no sister to marry or home to reconstruct ! Well, that's not zero, that's way beyond and a positive as compared to normal middle class man so easy to excel and become financial independent with zero liability. Normally, an average man who start his career is already under debt of 5-10 lacs. Nevertheless, he did well and achieved his success ! His journey may be inspirable to many people ! Good luck to all. Like you agree !
