I think the list underrated deck in the meta right now is mathmech, the deck is still at full power and it can have almost as many handtraps as tenpai, and the end board is almost unbreakable board and superfactorial is still the most busted trap probably in the entire game as it's basically a trishula but with an omni negate too, the only bad scenarios are shifter and bystials which are a bit popular in this meta
Props to the Yubel player - they came really close to finding a line there despite the Colossus. Calling fire was lowkey an actual roadblock here, since the easiest line would’ve been committing to an early normal and going Almiraj>SP to banish Colossus - Almiraj being a fire means threatening SP was significantly harder, and the extra piece of link material they lose there was maybe a difference maker.
You forgot to mention the effect of Ritual Beast Inheritance, which also counts as a distruption cause if you tag out with Cannahawk the effect triggers and than you can change the battle position of 1 monster on the field, just make sure you use it before damage step.
Deck looks sick but tbh I feel like plants would be the better pick if you’re gonna main something difficult. Cactus bouncer is essentially protos and you have roseswhip potentially too. It’s endboard, turn 2 boardbreak, and otk potential are better imo. It’s also a dimension prison format which rb just straight losses to while plants would be fine. Only thing rb has is shifter which is admittedly busted but I think plants take the cake in everything else.
I highly disagree i used to play plants and to address dimensional prison i have never seen it but that's not good into tenpai so don't know why you would play it because they run alot board wipes unless you have a way of protecting that trap 8 out of 10 times it's getting wiped also you can inperm cactus and rose droplet or just board wipe with dark hole regageki. I assume you don't play high up on ladder because you would know this. I won't play anything that can't withstand the tenpai board breaking cards or the 26 hand trap/ board breaking cards they play. Even with all that they can draw stupid nut outs heavy storm chain droplet discard monster no way you can respond. No disrespect but once you reach d1 you will know I'm master 4 right now

I’ve hit master and played md since launch so I’ve experienced every format. If they end on rosewhip+ hypertron that’s immediate board break safety. Ofc they can draw amazing and win but then at that point they’ll beat most decks imo outside of some crazy Omni negate board like infernoble mikanko. Rikka sheet, konkon, and teardrop all offer protection too through tributes. Regardless it’s just a thought. I’m currently fighting the meta with lab and it feels great. I beat tenpai left and right.
