Out of the channels that I searched about Nursing Application in Australia, this is the best, most detailed, most on point and clearest explanation. Thank you for this Ma'am. I'm currently working in Germany as a nurse, but I am planning to transfer in Australia.

Hi Jess. Awesome info. I was once a PHRn back in our home country. Now thinking to pursue that career here in Aussie after fulfilling some of my dream in life. 😬😬questions is, Is it still possible to actually apply for the pathway scheme even I have not practiced my profession for 10yrs already? 😬😬
This is great content jessa, as always! I am planning to study in Australia, hopefully my visa will get approved. By the way what are the job functions of an AuRN?
You do work just like a full registered nurse in any country. Medication administration, assessment, monitoring and evaluation. Liasing with the healthcare team. Those that work under your supervision are enrolled nurses(ENs study 2 yrs of nursing, RNs study a full 3 or 4 yrs of nursing) , assistants in nursing or care staff.
Hello, I’m a nurse in New Zealand. I a currently 7 months in and wanting to move to Australia. I wanted to know whether NETP (new graduate program) is something that NEEDS to be completed for Australian employers. Thanks

Hi, I am also a PHRN and I applied for student visa but under VET courses which is certificate iii & iv in individual & ageing support. Does these courses applicable for conversion program to be able to work as a RN in the Australia? Hoping for your response, thank you!

If under studer visa maam and graduated in a conversion course, what visa to apply after? And does our experience in the philippines as a nurse will be accepted fpr a 482 working visa after conversion?

Good Day! I am a graduate of batch 2022 and to take the PNLE this Nov. I would like to ask if which schools in Australia offers 1 year Nursing Conversion Program? Thank you!
I think Curtin and ECU offers the conversion program in Perth. Deakins in Melbourne. But you have to confirm with the schools as they may be ceased already
Hi Miss Jessa :) I recently saw your video about you quitting your nursing job. I couldn't comment in that video so I opted to watch your other videos and it got me here. Thank you for making that video Miss Jessa. I have come to realize that it might be good in people's ears that you are an AuRN but most of them don't really know the struggle of becoming one. Especially when you came from a different country. I am an aspiring nurse too, and a Filipino. After watching your video I have realized that it's not gonna be an easy road. Despite this, I am still passionate in becoming one :) I am an upcoming freshman in college Miss Jessa. Is it better Miss Jessa if I go to Australia now and study BN? or is it more advantageous if I study here in the Philippines first and be a PRN then go to Australia, study BN for 2 years then be a AuRN?
Hi there! I'm wondering if u can choose your shift without being given more shift(overtime)as aged care nurse ?will that risk in getting fired especially as new grade nurse
I studied in ECU and I find that they really are very supportive to students. I have had no problems during my study at ECU. I have not heard much about negative comments on other universities though ☺️
Hi, after finishing the Conversion Program, what did you to stay in Australia to get a job as a registered nurse since your Student Visa already expired after you graduate?
According to the NMBA (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia), one of the requirements for the registration of overseas nurses is “Recency of Practice”. There is a standard to this one that they have set out here is the link: www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/documents/default.aspx?record=WD16%2f19515&dbid=AP&chksum=Nhp91p%2b2IdjR2jJJHTq62w%3d%3d
It would be a good idea to consult the NMBA before undertaking the conversion program. I don’t think there would be much problem when applying for the conversion program but there may be some issues when you are trying to register as an australian nurse.
Hi Jessa, hope you’re doing well. May i know how long did it take for the release of your nclex examinations? Since my nrb is aphra, quick result is not available for candidates outside USA. Hope to hear from you.
Thank you so much for your video. This is so helpful. May I know how much will be the show money for the university and also an estimation on how much is the total cost of all your expenses? Hope to get an answer. Thanks again.
Show money will usually be the total cost of living for that year. This will be better calculated by the agent. It’s good for you to get an agent to assist you cos they will know the latest estimate for cost of living as well
hello MENOR thank you for the video, i kindly need to know if you have any Agent recommendations because i would love to work in Australia as a registered nurse using the examination based program
Hi ms jessa! THanks for the info. Ask ko lang po un conversion. How many days po ang classes per week? ska what time po? Feasible po ba na you're taking care of your kid (grade 1 attending school) at the same time your attending school? Thanks po sa reply!
Classes per week around 3 depends on the schedule you rostered for. Sometimes you can squeeze subjects together. If you have a partner it would be good. But if you’re alone I can’t say for sure it will be feasible
