I am SO far removed from belonging to your target audience, but like so many others in the comment section here I just have to take a moment to compliment you on your style - your style of thoughtful professionalism, that is. The way you (once again) bookend your sponsored video with non-apologetic but genuine and honest disclaimers really impresses me - and the fact that you've been so honest and genuine from day one must really make the process of doing these kinds of videos so much easier for you. It just goes to show how having a well thought out strategy where you've consciously chosen to be honest and to truly respect your audience from the very start might make you lose out on some short-term benefits, but really pays off in the end. You gain more respect from your audience over time, while others, who have chosen a different route, experience the opposite. You just come across as a mature and professional career person truly enjoying and having fun with what you do for a living, instead of looking like a child playing dress-up with the adults (which, again, is sadly how some of your TH-cam colleagues have come across recently.) I'm rambling, but I really felt like telling you that. :) Also, disclaimer from me: oh wowzers am I ever a fan of your vlogs and your choice of place to live - your countryside surroundings look sensational and like a spa day for your mind when you work in a digital profession! (I can relate.) Basically, I just wish I was you and Mike's friend. I'd be the friend who would never stop annoying you by being the houseguest who always outstayed my welcome, mind you, so you're probably better off with the way things are now ... PS: After stalking some of your main channel videos, may I (very humbly) offer you a tiny suggestion? I've noticed that Mike the camera man usually sticks to panning the camera up and down when you do these kinds of videos, and rarely steps far enough back to do a full-length shot of you fully framed wearing the outfit. I, for one, prefer getting the full impression of an outfit as a whole (in addition to close-ups of the details) when I go online to look for outfit inspiration, so that might be an idea? Anyway, great content, as always! Keep it up - and give my best to your dogs! :) (Not to the cats. Cat compliments must remain the responsibility of those who were not trained by their own cat-bullied dogs to dislike felines ...)

A lot of these things are wayyy out of my budget, but the great thing about the outfits you style is that there's generally a cheaper alternative, so creating a similar look isn't hard at all. It also gives some inspiration of what to do with the things i already have in my wardrobe. I love that you did 3 different outfits as well, because the first one is definitely right up my alley, but i could easily wear the others and i ended up loving the one you chose at the end! The best way to do a sponsored video imo :)
This is a great way to do a TH-cam ad, Fleur. So far you're just about the only TH-camr whose ads I will watch on purpose (thank god for these new labelling laws), and I was really impressed with this one. Loved that you gave legit product advice throughout (ie regarding the Benefit mascara) and that you took a couple of extra seconds to discuss the eyeliner -- it indicated that even when you're doing ads, you still care about giving your viewers good tips. I also really loved the clothes you picked, especially the jacket in the third outfit -- that colour definitely suits you! The other thing about this ad is that I think it's a well-thought collaboration. Obviously I'm just speculating, but I think your audience is a bit older than some other TH-camrs, so it makes sense to see an ad for more pricey clothes here, where viewers might have some more income to chuck at clothing. I don't know if VeryExclusive is reading comments, but in case they are, I'm definitely taking a close look at their site right now. Extremely expensive, sure, but I think it'd be a good place to go when I want something special.

Loved the outfits. First is my fave. I have a few IRO jackets.....most were picked up on eBay for a steal. The baby blue colour I've seen in a similar, cheaper version on ASOS. The colour looked fab on you.
