Took me a few months. If you're 1-starring cuz of OG, then you're probably not getting enough value from your queen / warden charge. Or you're not setting a tight enough funnel for your smash. Keep at it, eventually it'll become muscle memory 💪
The way I play the army my king rarely dies so phoenix would be a waste. I bring rr, ice golems, frozen arrow, e-titan and OG to tank for my king. If you're playing SUI king, then phoenix is great.
@@Nathan-cy9jx Yep, a lot of the skill is in choosing a good warden drop spot. Generally you don't want to drop him into too much damage, but you also don't drop him in a useless area where he's irrelevant for the attack. You can slightly angle the warden such that he's only taking shots from 1 big defense at a time. So for example if there's a ricochet next to an xbow, you can angle the warden such that he's only targeted by the xbow, and when the xbow goes down is when he's targeted by the cannon. Same goes with multi-arch + xbow, monolith + other defense, etc. Generally I use invis spells to cover for warden. A mistake I notice beginners make is they use their invis spells too liberally, most often for re-directing fireball. The invis spell is one of your core defensive tools so you want to be really smart with how you use them. As long as your queen / warden doesn't die, your chances of 3 star are very high. As you get more comfortable w/ hero charge, you'll understand your hero limits and only use spells when necessary. Hope this helps!
@@Nathan-cy9jx I would also add, NEVER send your heroes into double ground xbows!! It's a common mistake, as you'll need to continuously burn spells to keep your heroes alive. So either pick a different entry, or you can try tanking 1 xbow with your queen and 1 with your warden

why dont you use phoenix with king?
