According to financial experts property rate in city will down by 50% in coming year, people will opt for rent because it's worth to pay rent @ 0.20 to 0.30% of flat cost
End of the day just fake style and English accent does not matter . Share actual rates of the property and don’t quote extra rates for brokerage in every property
