- I've been an iPhone user for the past couple of years, but I decided to switch to Google Pixel 6 and check out what Android has to offer compared to iOS.
Both systems definitely have their strengths and weaknesses and I don't think it's a one size fits all type of thing, so I wanted to check it out for myself after watching a lot of those "iPhone user switches to Android" videos.
I'm also working on a detailed Google Pixel 6 review that should be out in just a few days!

iOS is still very good but I ended up back on Android a few years ago because iPhones are going backwards and not evolving. I'll admit, I do miss the ecosystem but android has more customization and freedom. iPhones should be light years ahead of android but because of greed they're actually going backwards in many ways. Great review though.

Is it worth buying new pixel 6 in 2023? Pixel 6 will get major software update till 2024 oct. What do you think should i buy it?
I agree with the ecosystem thing, I have the AirPods Pro and I’m like if I switch to Pixel 6, do I sell the AirPods. I’ll probably just stick with the iPhone and the Pixel 6.
I used to love iPhone but in 2023 it's still so limiting and boring. I couldn't use it anymore because android is always evolving and changing. Look at Pixel as an example. They had 3 different designs from the Pixel 5, 6 and 7. Each one looking distinctive and unique. IPhones have been largely unchanged since the iPhone X from 2018. Not to mention the lack of customization on iPhone. I am not a brand loyalist I just use what works well and is quality. And while Pixel isn't perfect I do think between the much better price along will all of the features and value you get, buying a Pixel 6 or even a 6a for $299 are the best deals. For me though lately I'm burned out on buying flagship phones like IPhones that are way too expensive. When each year the new base model Pixel flagships are $599 and even cheaper for the A series pixels. Especially if you catch them on sale for Black Friday or special holidays. Then it's too good of a value to pass up.
I feel you when you said they got me; I use to love iPhone when I could not afford one, but when I wanted to watch sports I did not have money for a subscription; I said the iPhone is not it

What do you mean by you can't change the Notification Panel? It's colour matched the Material you color and it look very united.

Nah, I just think it's still a great phone. 😀 Didn't feel the need to go with the 7 honestly this one does everything I need it to do and more.
Planning to make a Pixel 7 review soon tho
Iphone will always suck because of the price.
