@@Championhelmets My first bike, ergo, helmet, in a number of years. However, I note that the build quality and overall finish of the helmet (Mine is the Arai Renegade V) is superior to others that I have seen, something we trust Japanese engineering with to deliver.
I have an Arai RX7 Corsair helmet and I need to replace one of the side panels. I can't release the visor as it does not have the black pin lock, as seen on your video. Please help
Because of Arai uses a unique visor shape, they use their own type of pin and Pinlock insert. For additional pins, you will likely have to contact Arai themselves to check their availability. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the Tour X4 / XD4 so far?
Usually, you can remove a Pinlock insert by following a similar set of steps shown here, but in reverse. So, you may need to gently flex the visor and shift the Pinlock out of position to get it out and release it from the pins. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the Arai helmet?
I have had a problem on my Arai Quantic that the pinlock wouldn't make contact towards the bottom side of the visor... After 1h of taking it off and on again, I just threw it out, what a piece of shit.
You threw out a helmet because you couldn't mount the pinlock lens correctly? Wow... there are loads of movies online showing how to do this quick and easy.
Thanks so much little bit of challenge ur video made it easier than Manuel

You should have shown pulling the protective layer off - I see people riding around with it still on!!!
Thanks for the feedback, we'll make sure to remember next time!
