- Our very first Finland journey takes us to Ruka, a ski resort and village near Kuusamo. In this video, we walked around to give you a night tour, including where to shop for food and what to expect in this small magical town.
After arriving, we knew we wanted to explore as much as possible in our limited time here. The hotel we were staying was in the perfect location to walk to the best spots in the area, not to mention directly next to the resort’s main gondola!
The amazing Polar Night Lights filled the streets and we wanted to show you all of them. Even though the temperatures are below freezing cold, this town is a must-see at some point in your life.
