The scrum part gave me PTSD.. The simplicity and purpose of agile is long gone, i feel like it has became a smaller waterfall with extra steps. The zero trust policies for installing software sucks HARD also.
the Knight Capital story isn't quite right. they identified that this one server was misbehaving, figured "must be the new software version" so they rolled all 8 servers back to the bugged version that was the previous release
