The biggest complain that I have is Behria town regardless of apartment or house is that Behria town has started power load shading and scarce availability of water supply specially in summer. You should address these issues first for existing residence instead of launching new projects and making Behria residence life more difficult.
Same as "Bharia Housing Society", take every thing charges (Electricity Bill, Internet, Water, Maintaince, Monthly Security Charges, Expensive Routine Items in specifics shops and shopping marts etc) except oxygen, now Malik Riaz Shab is busy in "R&D (Research & Development)" for special purpose for oxygen mask 🎭😷🎭 of "Bharia Residence" in which new state of the art prepaid digital meters will installed which is paralyzed "Bharia Residence" in case they're not give "Oxygen (Breathing) Bill" to "Malik Riaz Shab" foreign accounts for "Money Laundering 🤑💰" ...... Their oxygen will restore after after the expensive postpaid treatment of "Bharia Residence (Lucky 😁🤗😀)" into most expensive private hospitals 🏥 of "Bahria Town" .......

The builder with the lease is the owner of the land. In case appartment is collapsed the land returns back to the builder. The builder will reconstruct the building only when all the residents pay him for nrw construction.
