First and Last Career Home Runs Part 2
*David Ross’ last home run was actually in game 7 of the World Series on Nov 2, 2016. Baseball reference didn’t include it as his last one.
This video shows the first and last career home runs of some of the best players that played the game.

I realize David Ross’ last home run was actually in the 2016 World Series. Baseball Reference doesn’t have that as his last home run for some reason when you go to his home run log. I apologize for the mistake.
You could be just going by regular season, which would make sense. MLB usually treats postseason as separate.
But how cool is your last homer being in a winning WS game 7?!
Thanks for showing us the Bartolo dinger twice!
It was his first and last right 😁
David Ross’s last home run was in the World Series plus love th Bartolo one
You’re right, I thought it was strange. On Baseball reference it has 9/25 as his last home run
@@AwesomeSausage Baseball reference first/last only considers regular season.
The Colon HR was a great touch 😂
I love how the skinny “kids” are all much more burly by the end of their careers, esp. those who drifted to 1B or DH - less agile, but more powerful!
I thought David Ross hit his last career home run in game 7 of the 2016 WS

Yeah i made a note in the description
WS home runs don't count on his stats.

Pretty sure McGwire’s first dinger was 1986
