What it says to me... small groups and bible study with others is critical. We may lead ourselves into a false understanding without being in a group of fellow believers. Spot on perspective of the "news" aka "narrative"
Most definitely. Many times, people focus on one "sentence fragment" about "not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together", and they fail to focus on WHY we are to assemble, which is to encourage one another to good works (Hebrews 10:23-25). It frustrates me that people do not really talk about God and Godly living "when church is out." Instead, if we do what you say, which is to gather with believers and encourage one another in learning God's word, we will be so much better for God!
