So nostalgic! As I listen along memories of first reading it as child come to mind. Oh, a better time that will come back only when I go to live in the true Narnia! To Narnia and to the North!
Oh, I agree (about the nostalgia). I hadn't read them since I was a kid (50 years ago), and really enjoyed reading them aloud and playing with the voices. My kids seemed to enjoy them, so I thought I'd read them for posterity (for my daughter). If someone else enjoys them, all the better!
Arick - I'm curious... do you have a "favorite" among the 7 books? And I don't mean my feeble reading, just the story. After reading the series through about 10 times (in the last 15 years), my "favorite" has changed several times. I have a favorite to read (because the voices are fun), another favorite in plot, and a third favorite for its lessons in morality, which all children should be taught early and often. Just wondering... thanks! Brian
