Collin from Tilt needs to make bars taller than 30 inches because he's not the only tall scooter rider.
Before that forks need to be stronger
@@carsonstickels6914 ive been riding my rigid fork for 4 years now and biggest rail ive hit is a 14 stair and it isnt even cracked. Envy on the other hand ive broke 2 and fusion 1.
Trueeeee I wanted a pair of sentry’s more than any other bar but since I’m 6’5” I had to go with proto reTro lite v3’s since their 30 high and the tallest tilt bars are all 28. And yeah lol Collin made himself a literal custom pair of sentry’s since he’s tall, why not add an option when purchasing tilt bars to have an XL version that is 30-32 high? It’s not like they couldn’t charge more money 🤷🏻♀️
@@carsonstickels6914 Aztek forks are quite strong and not going to cap an Apex quantum is quite durable but it's a pricey fork.
@@legenarylemon Tilt sentry bars are my favourite bars but it's a shame that they come in at 27-28 inches which isn't the best. I rock Proto retro lites in stardust but they still feel relatively short for some reason. Maybe in the near future Companies will make taller bars for those who are taller.

I like how you can have more fun on flat ground or on a curb on the scooter compared to the MTB
Funny thing is, I bought 28 inch tall sentrys to use in an scs and was expecting to cut them down to around 25-26 inches, but I just tried them out at the standard 28 inches, and I actually got used to it and I definitely won't be cutting them down now cause they feel so good. Tall bars rule

@@MegaBentley33 Ride it and see how it feels. You might love it or hate it and want 24 inch bars. gotta try it out and then figure it out for yourself! everyones different.

Well said, but would’ve been better if Austin mentioned the hybrid riders too. Me and some other close friends ride sentrys in different heights and we’re all hybrid with our riding. That’s a great example on how everyone is to their own size of bar.

Im a street rider and im 6.3 and run 27.5 tall bars with scs
They are a little bit under my waist like maximum 2 inches but i think thats a pretty good height i hav much controll over my scooter and i still have style of an street rider😀

you should do a similar video but width instead. i can’t decide what width to do and i don’t wanna ruin my bars. they’re affinity Jarod Bruns sig bars and they work well. they’re a little bit wide seeing that i wear baggy shirts or flannels and my bars get caught 99% of the time. should i just cut them down a bit or adjust how i ride with baggier clothes on

Yes, it your back is hurting due to your bar height. We highly recommend getting some taller bars. Like Austin said, around your wasteland is the golden height!

So if your kid gets a scooter but the bars are too high, do we exchange the scooter or keep it and CUT the bar to lower it? A lot of the Scooters we’ve seen dont have adjustable bars which is LAME since bar height seems to be such a hot thing to get dialed in. We spotted several scooters with ideal bar heights but the scooter we actually want (for better quality, etc) has higher bars, so cutting is our only choice if we decide to get the scooter we really want. Otherwise we settle for a scooter we dont want as much, just to get the correct bar height?

So, I'm having some trouble, I am 6'2-6'3 and i can't figure out which setup would be tall enough for me not to be hunchback of notre dame-ing it around a park. The tallest I've found was like 33 inches and i need something around 36-37" total height.

@@usdennis1236 ok so i did get taller bars (ethic trianon 28.4 inch), but they got so wobbly that they were messing up my tricks. I went back to the basic 24 inch ones that I had snapped and cut the bottoms and now they even smaller and my back is feeling fine. Your back wouldn't be the problem, just make sure whatever bars you use are the right compression dimensions, because mine werent and messed me up.
On my channel i have some yt shorts of me doing diy trampoline scooter tricks with like 22 inch bars, you can see how it still works fine. Hope this helps! sry kinda long

a long ass fork, proto full knuckle scs, and a lot of spacers should do the trick lmao

This rice cooker is perfect! I use it only for me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxviiltW7NlHbp_VL_bLbIkbLAvILVhnia and sometimes me and my friend so the small size is really great for counter space since we never need to make all that much. I have been using it now for about 2 months and it still works perfectly. I use it for both rice and vegetables (better for harder vegetables like green beans and carrots, it made my broccoli way too smoosh-y for my taste). It keeps your rice on keep warm automatically which I really like, and I’ve used a few of the settings, flash rice, white rice, brown rice, and steam, and they all work super well for me, although I don’t like smooshy rice so I’ll usually use flash rice. It’s super easy to clean either in dishwasher or hand wash, and it’s pretty easy to get rice out of the grooves by where the container comes out. I assume this one will last me a long time but if I ever need another I will definitely be getting this one again!
