Not sure if this is happening everywhere but its crazy to me that 2 years ago Essie used to be $8.99 and now it’s $11.79 😳
In Germany prices for the classic Essies went up too, but not es crazy as yours, from € 8 to 9 €.
They’re $9.99 at Target.

Germany (dm / Rossmann) - regular Essie from 7.95€ before Covid to 9.95€ now.

I can't keep track of all the Essie collections! So similar to others. But I've also been collecting them for a long time. You are my favorite polish reviewer, however, great lighting and comparisons!!
I love muted, earthy tones, too, for everything.
Flirt with freedom is my favorite.
How does Fuel Your desire compare to O&J Jam Please? I would love to see more O&J included in the comparisons. I’m curious about how O&J Art Class and Blueberry scone compare to the dusty purple and the bright blue
I'm excited about the navy blue one. I had to toss one that was plant based. It took forever to dry and I got tired of redoing nails. Enjoyed this collection.

I own hundreds of bottles of polish but own nothing like that dark muted purple! So unique!

Pretty collection I may have to add few of these colors to my collection.
I'm not sure why but Fuel Your Desire reminded me of Splash of Grenadine and Burning Love reminded me of OPI Cajun Shrimp!
Fuel Your Desire reminds me a lot of Essie *now discontinued*, Splash of Grenadine. Grenadine was a long time fav of mine from Essie.
Both the target and Walgreens near me have been lax about getting new collections. I buy most of it online now. Ebay seems to have the best selections. Also Amazon.

Fuel Your Desire reminds me of the new polish Check Yes or No from the Orly Spring 2023 collection! I think Check Yes or No is a bit more purple though while Fuel Your Desire is more pink leaning. Would love to see a comparison!

Sadly my local Target rarely carries any up-to-date Essie collections, not even Target exclusives. But I found the collection surprisingly at my local Fry's (Kroger) and grabbed the blue and the purple. Very pretty colors. After seeing your swatches I'm considering going back to buy the pink and red too, however I like the new red from the Orly Spring 2023 collection that I have seen some pictures of, so I might wait til I see some comparison online first :)

Essie is crushing it! I don’t tend to wear anything with a hint of orange because it doesn’t look great on me, so I’ll be picking up 3/4 of your faves for sure. The entire collection is beautiful though. How do you think the second one compares to Playdate? And how about the navy one to O&J OMG? Thanks for a wonderful review and I really like the addition of other bottles that you know aren’t worth searching but might get questions.
Thank you for sharing. I was looking at your nails and thinking how much I liked the color, so I’ll definitely be buying that one and the other creams. Not a fan of metallics or too shimmery polishes.
Fuel your desire gives me splash of grenadine vibes but maybe a little more crème than crellie? And license to thrill reminds me of Olive Ave Teddy but maybe it’s lighter… I always love your comps!

These are available at Ulta. I bought them there. I bought them all...oops... I'm wearing license to thrill now with Crystal clear intentions over it. It made it even more beautiful...

The first one reminds me of Splash of Grenadine.
P.S. I think it would be beneficial for you to add your coupon codes or other affiliate things in your descriptions of your videos in addition to the collections in the videos.
I really like this collection but it’s just not a Valentines collection. But I probably will get a few.

Love your review. It’s so nice that you don’t “dump” on nail brands like Janixa/nail lacquer therapy. Your reviews and comparisons along with livwithbiv that review the actual colors/formulas/comparisons for the brand collection are very much appreciated and are a more positive approach. I will be picking up the whole collection!
