RIGHT? On my xbox I had the sims 4 and had some experience with building. So then i get a computer and I have the sims on it, my first build was absolutely horrid. Well, I kind of wish we could get an update where we could give our sims an obscale course sort of like Ninja Warrior or the ones Laura Croft had in her mansion in the original Tomb raider games during the ps1 era.
This looks waaaaaaay better than my first build! Granted I only started playing Sims at all a few months ago. It’s funny to see what mistakes Deli made in this build that I would not have made, because she was playing it when Sims 4 just came out, and I started playing it after the internet has already figured out all these things and speed-builds exist for Sims 4.
I think I have an idea for a challenge - you and James each pick a house that’s for sale for each other! You’re not allowed to look at the pictures or floor plans and have to try and build the house from the written description by the realtor! Then after you can check how well you did using the pictures and floor plan! x
I have a working theory that the reason Deli is so amazing at furnishing is because she’s always viewing the room as a whole. She doesn’t get caught up on details like a lot of other simmers, which can be good and bad but luckily she has detail oriented James to balance her out
I'm only 5 minutes in, but already I wanna say this aged _really_ well for 6 year old build! I love the exterior and even the interior is really nice for a basegame only build. Goes to show you don't always need a million packs to make a nice house in TS4.

You've improved so much deli. I also learned a lot from you. I bought Sims 4 not really for the gameplay (although I enjoy it a lot) but mainly for the building.
I get the no stairs pet peeve, but sometimes the stairs look better without the railings. It'd be nice if we could do each side separately; the clipping in the wall drives me crazy :)

The big mansion you renovated I gutted the furniture and turned it in an Arts Centre with a cinema, a dance area, bar, cafe, internet room and kids area.
