OP, do you recall the Daytoona 500? the promotional Cartoon that Cartoon Network aired only once during the daytona 500? I dont recall what year, but I can't find it anywhere and I can't be the only kid at the time that remembers it now..
I loved both NASCAR and Cartoon Network I didn't start watching NASCAR until 2006 but I slightly remember the NASCAR ads on Cartoon Network as a kid also have all the 9 and 75 cartoon network die-cast i still need the 29 and the 5 only sad thing though while NASCAR has a bit of a resurgence going on cartoon network is on its deathbed

Loved the video…good friend of mine has built several plastic models of the Cartoon Network cars for me and the first one he did, ironically, was the one you showed in this video but completely missed in the narration: the 1996 Steve Grissom “Goggles Pizzano” Flintstones car, which WAS Cartoon Network’s first sponsored car and the one I saw him wreck in the second Atlanta race that year where he “…shorn my ankle”. Robert Pressley’s Scooby Doo Where Are You car would debut and crash spectacularly the following year at the Daytona 500, but that car was most definitely NOT the first Cartoon Network car.
