I know you posted this over a year ago, but crywAnk just uploaded a live album on their bandcamp the other day and I think it really shows just how much volume (for lack of better words) dan brings to the band. They play some newer songs such as Who Am I ( but nothing past Egg on Face, believe they said the live album was recorded in 2017) while also playing older songs such as Late Night People Watching and Welcome to Castle Irwell and they mix up of older and newer really shows how Dan has contributed and bettered the band in his own way. Don't get me wrong, the original versions of the older songs are great but with the added percussion they seem much more alive

I know this is a "first world problem" type thing, but fuck man. This pandemic stuff ruined the opportunity to see Crywank live one last time before they called it quits. It was just James the first time Crywank came to town; it would've been an amazing experience to witness Crywank at full power with Dan.
I have no idea why, but YT recommended me this band. I'm so glad it did. Prise the algorithm. I am truly moved by their music and it barely even happens to me anymore.
I learned it on my guitar last year in the summer, and it's truly one of my favorite songs to play, the lyrics, the fast paced guitar, the drums. the goosebumps are very accurate lol ITS SO GOOD
Tomorrow is nearly yesterday is what got me hooked but hearing unassimilated normie live about a year ago was really special. I'm also one of the lucky people who were able to buy a shirt! Get sad, stay rad! (Its my fav shirt ever and I treasure it greatly!!) I dont usually tell people about my feelings but the music you guys create really help me cope, take care! 🍓
