I wish I could give you that advice, but you're already doing better than me. I got a 125 on CARS and 127's in all my other sciences. If I were you I'd ask the folks at: reddit.com/r/mcat plenty of 128+ scorers on there! Best of luck to you.
So you should apply to out-of-state friendly public medical schools that you have ties to (the state), private medical schools, and in-state medical schools?
