Because it is interfering in their funding schemes by lobbyists and does not serves the poor and needy. The DA is not in the business of serving the needy and poor of South Africa, they have made this very clear...

All government officials , especially the cabinet not limited to the president must use state hospitals.
Secondoy cut their salaries in half with immediate effect and stop our working class from paying so much taxes we cannot afford and is simply making us poorer.
This will assist in lowering the essentials foods cost needed in a
    Low income household.

You should consider i interviewing the state law advisors, as they required to give a green light before the bill goes Parliament..unless they still remain of the view that they believe bill is constitutional.

The poor performance of ANC health minister.
The ANC should ask Judge Hlophe and progressive caucus to scrutinize loopholes and makes corrections of NHI legislation in order to pass the scrutiny at constitutional court . SA citizens need NHI.

@@elisedismore5486 exactly , people must not think there is some funding somewhere to fund NHI but we over burdened workers will be forced to bear the cross of over taxing yet even our salaries cant sustain the basic needs of our families and extended families that have high unemployed members. To jump and sign just like that shows un democratic our govt is. Its very depressing
