However, I still feel Lelouch tricked Jeremiah in this scene by catching him off-guard with a hidden Gefjun Disturber. Jeremiah may not have been as honest from the get-go had he not been stunned by the Gefjun Disturber.

He became an Ally in this Moment because Lelouch found out that he was a Loyal Defender of his Mother he was out to Avenge. I do not believe Jeremiah never truly intended to hurt Lelouch in this scene; even Lelouch states that Jeremiah didn't come to kill him. A reason why it happened so quickly in this case is because Lelouch countered Jeremiah's Sakuradite-powered cybernetics, which Jeremiah didn't have a great answer for.

まぁ尺の都合上仕方ないが、シャルルとマリアンヌが全てを仕組んでルルーシュとナナリーをこのような境地に陥れた、という事実をどう受け入れたのか、というジェレミアの内心の変遷を知りたくはある。 既にこの時にルルーシュに「Yes,your Majesty」と最上級の礼を尽くしてるんだしね。
あくまですべてを知らず「自身が仕えたかったマリアンヌの子を護る」という感情でしょう
