    Id like to see a Gen 2 version since this has been discontinued. Perhaps the Gen 2 would be shrunk down an inch or so and be upgraded to 1400 Lumens and be kitted with a CP2.5 High Output battery! @ManCaverTools

    It's a nice light. The technology that these flashlights have these days is awesome , the 1 knock on this light and most tool company flashlights is their size , I have flashlights that are 4" or 5" long and have 1,000 to 1,500 lumens, with rechargeable 14500 and 18650 cells and cost under $50 , so it's hard for me personally to justify this purchase, but to each their own ....👍🛠🖖

    Wow, I’ve never seen this either. Great find even if it’s not “new.” It’s definitely not as widely known as most of the rest of their M12 line. Will be on my holiday wish list for sure

    I’ve had a number of M12 flashlights going all the way back to the original incandescent model. Bought the first LED model which is plenty bright, but not as nifty as this one. This model appears to be less job site oriented and more general purpose. What REALLY needs reviewing are the 3.6v series lites. I have two 3.6v headlamps, a stick light, and flashlight, and for their size, they’re incredible. Being USB rechargeable makes them very convenient. I’m a sucker for Milwaukee tools. Outside of the mega-flop of the soldering iron, I’ve always been impressed with the sheer variety and quality.

      @nickkk420 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SyrPipeOrg I'll have to check, but I think they have modified the design, imm almost certain Mines got a metal collar. Regardless I do only ever use it for two are three minutes at a time, I'll be sure to watch for thst, as functionally it works fantastically

    • @SyrPipeOrg
      @SyrPipeOrg 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nickkk420 Right. There's a threaded metal collar that holds the tip onto a metal flange. Its the plastic bit that holds the flange in place that's the problem. Most likely, myself and all of the other disappointed users out there were expecting a bit too much from this device.

    I bought one of these a year or two ago on clearance for $40. I already had batteries. They were originally asking $100. Imo, its only a good light if you need the milwaukee durability. Normal price is a joke. If you had to buy batts to boot- then no way. As for perfomance, you can get more lumens, distance, & features in a smaller package at a better price without looking very hard. These other lights probably wouldnt take hard use like the milw, and it is plenty good enough. I just wouldnt be bragging it up like its some kind of superstar.

    Who uses this? I know, it's Incase of emergency. Well, that doesn't happen often enough to have it on every single flashlight made.
