According to doctors she was told she would live 5 years maximum - I was 5 years old when he said that. I’m 19 now. Here’s the catch, she will never be 100% free of cancer. She still has a small dormant amount from what I understand. In the decimals, 0.1% or less most likely - I’m not familiar with exact numbers. She still goes in periodically to get those numbers checked in case it starts to grow again, and her cancer returns. It came back a second time after the first occurrence after all. I’m assuming that’s what this person meant. At least for my mother, it will never truly be gone. Perhaps it is similar for many others, or maybe just a few.
