They are two things you can do, 1, you can break the double team, or 2 you can fall and create a pile. most coaches prefer to split the double team. 2 reasons. 1 because the Dline player can make a play and to eliminate the possibility that the Dline will be driven back unto the LBs as well.

Why would you not want to keep both blockers tied up? He's releasing both blockers to the lbers.
