As a Swede I am so proud that Sweden had a player like Zlatan. He’ll be missed by many. 2013 when I was in Brazil, Novo Hamburgo RS, I went to a bar and the bar owner asked me if I liked football (no surprise in Brazil). I said I do like football and he asked me if Sweden had any great players. I answered: “We’ve got Zlatan Ibrahimović.” To my surprise the owner said that Zlatan is the best player in the world. He belongs to that elite class of football royalty, the generation of Maldini, Pirlo, Zidane, Ronaldinho, Inzaghi, Beckham, Ronaldo. A true legend.
obviously its Halaand which imo is the upgraded version
@@Jale299Haaland is a goal machine. Zlatan is better with his elegance, character, and technical abilities.
@@Jale299 Nah Haland is not as technical. He's monstrously strong tho. He's the perfected version of Lukaku
@@Jale299Haaland scores more goals so far. But in terms of technical skills, flair, style, leadership and passion he will never reach the Level of Zlatan.
Bro left out Messi and thought we wouldn’t notice💀
Ive never shed a tear with a footballer passing until now....this man was like nothing else. a warrior of old. An inspiration, a man. Will go doqwn in the history of football as one of the most unique human beings to kick a ball.
Absolutely spot on
Totti comes closest
Agree 100% and I cried as well when I saw this, never happened and will never happened. In some weird way I never thought he was going to retire
I don’t watch football, I just know him because of his interviews and attitude. Never seen such heartfelt send off.
Same 💯 🙌
hes 41
It's quite the feat. Check out Liverpool's sendoffs too. Fans are loyal

Ribéry Bayern was also pretty good
Ti si genije, bravo momčino, evo i ja plačem od radosti. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is just one of the reason why AC MILAN is the most respectful club in the world. They always treat all of their player with love as part of one big family. Some players come and some players go, but all of them will always be the part of Milan history. All of Milan players will never be forgotten.
MILAN per sempre!!!
Forza MILAN!!!

When zlatan retires from football
Football started crying 😢
In the neighboring club from neighboring country also start with "M", none of its legends retired there. I bet Don Carlo forgot he's not Milan anymore (about how he said Benzema will retire here.)
Sorry to spoil the mood, but... Andrea Pirlo?
As a Swede, many thanks to AC MIlan, paying proper tribute and take this few seconds to say goodbye. Moments that will last forever. Forza Milan!
I answered: “We’ve got Zlatan Ibrahimović.”
To my surprise the owner said that Zlatan is the best player in the world. I didn’t believed what I heard. A Brazilian that put Zlatan before every player from Brazil’s many clubs and excellent players.
That ought to say a lot about his high standard.
I can't believe that he was left out of the Swedish team for the 2018 World Cup. Sweden looked average without him.
Zlatane legendo naša! Grande šampione! Pozdrav tebi i tvojoj porodici! ❤
❤
HE IS NOT RETIRED! HE IS PROMOTING HIMSELF TO BECOME A LEGEND! Grazie Leone 🔥
When zlatan retires, everyone stops watching football.
He may have never won a UCL, but he will still live in our hearts as the greatest agile player in all of AC Milan’s history. Have a good retirement Zlatan Ibrahimović.
His bicycle kick goal against England will go down as one of the best top 10 goals in history.

Still makes me sad after a year... My king😢😭 This was probably my worst football memory. I wasn't even a football fan back then, but I really loved you and you tears broke my heart! I love football because of you. My favorite❤
Hard to believe he really leaves the pitch forever, I’ll surely miss him the attitude and the goals he scored. Legendary status on the highest level.
This is why Milan is a great club . What a wonderful tribute.
San Siro chanting this man's name sent chills down my spine. And he deserved nothing less than that.
Absolutely wonderful!
Forza Rossoneri! ❤🖤
Finally he had received love.. that he desperately was seeking for years
I am not an AC Milan fan but that speech “ITALY IS MILAN’S” give me goosebumps. Hopefully he continues being a manager. He got ego but he boosts morale
He got confidence he says 😂
What a retirment what a club what a reception and a goodbye of a gladiator. Thank you Zlatan, thank you Milan. A love from a Barcelona fan.
I’d never thought I’d cry about a retirement, but here I am, crying about the best youngsters retirement, we will miss you Zlatan, goodbye legend 😢
same here 😭😭
1 year ago on this day a football legend, a legend who is the reason why football is football now retired. And I am back here again...
He never cared what people thinks about him he always had done things that he like....He was always himself and it takes a lot of guts to do that. One of the greatest strikers of all time. Enjoy your retirement Zlatan. 😭😭
He came as a King, and left as a Legend ❤❤🔥🔥
Not at all. Litetally played about 4 seasons there, 2 of them being a sub
@@andymccreight3175 He played six seasons for Milan in total, winning a Scudetto during each spell. In the 7 years between, Milan only entered the Champions League once.
Those words were about his time at PSG, but they fit his second spell at Milan as well. His comeback was the Return of the King. He brought Milan back to the top (at the age of 38, no less). And when he retired, he did it as a legend.

Truly one of a kind all around and technical player. Won’t see anyone like him ever again. Never seen Zlatan Ibrahimovic cry before, this had me teared up too.
Zlatan is an AC Milan legend. A great footballer, he was always great at motivating his teammates to play even better. He was one of the best strikers in Europe, in the great Milan. Grazie Zlatan, you will always be remembered by AC Milan fans.
It doesn't matter if you are a big fan of zlatan or not, but you must see that a legend has retired in the biggest sport of the whole world that was just simply special and magical to watch 🥺 👑 🦁 👑
I teared up watching this. He came to help out the veterans the first time and won us a scudetto. He then came back a second time, to help out the youngsters and won us another scudetto. I love you Zlatan and thank you for giving us such joy and hope ❤️
Seeing him as an icon in the next fifa will bring tears to everyone's eyes

What an epic ceremony. I had chills the entire video. He certainly deserved it.
Cannot be easy being a footballer saying goodbye and hearing those chants one last time, and they’ll always echo.
Huge goosebumps when the crowd was chanting Ibrahimovic

Not only milanisti, all Football fans around the world will miss this man. Great man with Lion heart
I remember I used to hate futbol I made fun of my friends who played it as a young man…one day I found footage of zlatan best goals and ever since then I loved the sport more than any other. I thank him for opening my eyes to such a beautiful sport
Man, normally I‘m not an emotional guy but this just made a grown ass man cry. I grew up watching Zlatan from his beginnings in Ajax up to this point and I loved his way of playing football, the way he represented himself with so much charisma and of course all the funny things he said. We‘ll never see a man like Zlatan in football again. But I‘m so grateful, that I had the privilege watching him doin his thing. He gave this Sport something special that only he was able to give. Thank you for over 20 years of incredible, beautiful and entertaining moments ❤

Watch the totti goodbye, that one made me speechless.
It was never boring when Zlatan was on the pitch. For a moment we all witnessed the true Zlatan. Showing his emotions. Good luck to you and your family in the future. It was a honor watching you play.
Zlatan Unique!❤️🙌
I will Always remember this... Zlatan built the current team, he didn't do it by tactics, he did it with influence and motivation. We all can sense weakness in the team this season due to his absence. I hope AC Milan will stand on what he built for them. ❤️🖤

No one can deny what Ibrahimovic has achieved and done in this sport! What an incredible record breaking career! 34 trophies in different divisions, 500+ goals, 100+ caps for Sweden, played for all the top clubs in Europe and making an impact straight away even if it was for one season, and continuing to play at the highest level at the age of 40-41. There was nothing this man couldn’t do in football. A tough, strong, big unit centre forward who terrified defenders. One of the greats.
