- A casual sunny afternoon of railfanning the PNWR around Salem, Oregon. The train is first seen at the north end of the PNWR yard, then again running along Front Street, at a crossing near Minto Brown Park, then finally at the Homestead Road overpass.

Sunny
The best time for me seems to be on Wednesday afternoons around 12:30 to 1:30. I still have problems tracking all of the PNWR moves, but just listen for the horn because I live close enough to respond quickly.
Ok whens the best time to catch this train on the street so my lil one can see it live like i did as a kid. Only I remember seeing it on brodway..
Nice street runner.
Great camera angles. I really enjoyed the street running part
Now that the winter rain has begun, it's time to start editing all the video I have shot over the summer. Here is a classic from last year to pass the time... #pnwr #classic
@THEATREofPAIN270 Thanks for the input!! I really appreciate hearing that people are liking what I'm putting out :)
Go up to hillsboro oregon and catch street running in downtown with a horn show, cause there's a crossing alley, too!
I like those log cars, sweet video the street running video clip was nice

Nice video. I was in Salem and I guess I missed those tracks :( I would have loved that setup with the street running. I only caught the amtraks on the other track. By the way, how often do trains go on that street track?
Usually just one or two trains a day, and an occasional local are all that use these tracks. Thanks for watching!
@ 5 : 26 oops, look's like that truck was kinda screwed !!!!
