Having resources that's necessary mean wealth if not Africans wouldn't be almost at the bottom of economic power. The utilization of resources empowered by knowledge and the proper distribution of a nations wealth is what transforms a poor and small nation like Ghana blessed with abundance of resource already, into it's glorious place. If God is still interested in blessing Ghana with all these resources, then the nation must change their mind and behavior to really manifest wealth like the Arabs have done using the oil God has blessed them with.
