The FPT NEF 400 Diesel Marine Engine

Check out the NEF 400 from FPT! This engine is a 5.9L displacement, inline 6 cylinder and common rail fuel injection. Manufactured in Italy by Fiat Power Technology (FPT).
This engine has an A1 rating (pleasure duty) and produces 400 horse power at 3000rpm. For commercial applications, it can be derated to: 370 hp, 330hp or 270hp depending on operation time required per year.
This particular engine is compact and simple in design and uses Bosch electronics. It generally comes with 12 volt electrics however you can opt for 24 volt electronics.
