SFCM MM Tuba Audition

With many students preparing for undergraduate and graduate school auditions this upcoming fall, I’ve decided to share a recorded audition I submitted to SFCM. Here’s a list of what I recorded in the following order.

Keep in mind that this is how I played the excerpts and solo movement on 1/29/24! My recording is just a reference in time, not the definite tutorial on how to play the repertoire. I didn’t play the repertoire perfectly either, but I did my best to capture the essence and style of each work and composer.
