What yarn do you use for the hotdogs? i bought your pattern ( very well written pattern) and I made 2 but now I can’t get the loops and treads terracotta in #6 anymore at Michael’s. I sold both hotdogs so would definitely like to make more….

The yarn I used for the hot dogs in this video is from temu, but it's much thinner than I'd like it to be, so I use triple strands (which uses so much yarn so it's not so cost efficient). I just ordered Bernat baby blanket yarn in the color terracotta, and I am waiting for it to arrive to see if it's the right color!
please stand your ground. what you paid for has been withdrawn. you paid for an outside pitch. was there a warning when you paid that the outside pitch may be withdrawn? If so then they might be able to hold your payment, but if you had no warning you should be able to expect a refund or at least a partial refund for the event held and full refund for the upcoming events. you could take several future events to recoup the poor sales, and those should not have losses from previous markets hanging over them. Event organisers - this message is for you- do not abuse your booth holders. you will lose all your booth holders, and you will damage your business as well as the booth holders. and the community suffers!

I would have to look back on the application, as I don't remember exactly, but I believe they thought they would have enough vendors to both fill their inside and outside spots, which wasn't the case. I don't want to burn any bridge because I really do like these organizers, and the summer markets I do with them are always very good! Another vendor friend who will also be attending their next markets has sent an email again requesting to be outside, so we will see I guess 😊
@@CrochetCustoms ok, I understand that you do not want to rock the boat, BUT as a disabled person who crafts and loves to support other crafters, I would not be able to access your booth, and I definitely would not be able to host a booth myself at that inaccessible location. Rather than the market organisers seeing your refund as a threat or lack of support for the market as a whole, they need to understand how they have/ are damaging your business, and impacting both the crafting community and customers overall. If they are supportive and not just out to make money, they will be proactive in keeping their vendors happy and proactively looking for solutions. outdoor markets thrive in European cities in the winter. It is not an insurmountable problem.
