Our Camino was 18 days where we walked a total of 208 Kilometers. The trail is officially listed as 124 Kilometers from where we started. Our number is higher because it includes all walking (including 4 days off) for laundry, site seeing, dining, shopping, walking to some of our hotels off trail, etc. We did see some pretty towns and really enjoyed nature on our walks. No wonder we are tired and my knee is killing me.
We met many friendly people, from many different countries, on the trail that had done Camino’s previously. It was a great experience and we are glad we made it to completion. But for us oldies, once is enough.
