Thank you for the compliment! I just updated the video description with the info you need; I used 6 mm for the majority of the hoses and 4mm for the one under the air cleaner and the ones going to the vacuum reservoir tank and cruise control. I have links to the hoses in the video description as well.
Great info i have a 91 5.7 i have changed all the sensors did tune up fuel filter n pump My car turns off or sometimes hesisitates when i put it on gear can this be my problem? Idles fine If i remove this part and shake it does it mean its bad??
I was having that issue when my gas tank built up vacuum since the EVAP solenoid wasn't opening when driving. Disconnecting the EVAP line was the quick fix. Eventually, I discovered my fuel pump was dying, which is why a little built up vacuum was causing stalling for me. I'm actually in the process of putting a new pump in there since it makes 10 psi and then fluxuates.
No sorry. For the a/c. It only blows from the bottom. None of the top or the window ones work. It used to but right before it stopped working it was making a grinding sound really loud and would stop. Eventually just stopped working all together.
No, I haven't. I'm assuming that's going to be behind the dash. I do have a service manual for it. I can dig through it this week and see if I can find anything useful.
There should be a hose diagram just under the hood at the front of the engine. Have a look at that. You may need to add a simple vacuum Y or T fitting to connect it.
I also had the same hose free-hanging in my engine bay and had no idea where it went. Thanks so much for doing this video!
I'm so glad this video continues to help owners.

I’d appreciate that. Haven’t had time to mess with it and would rather just jump right into it. Haven’t been able to find anything online. Thanks.
Where do hoses connect on a 403 Olds Trans Am?
I don't know about your car, but check under the hood and see if there's a hose routing diagram near the engine shroud.
My cruise control hose is disconnected from the tbi
How can i connect it with the map sensor if theirs only 1 slot ?
