9:10 as a show jumper myself I was worried that I would forget the course but now I know that when you walk the course before your round you pace out the striding and for me that helps me remember the course.
Tales Of Rein Ravine is the most realistic horse game I have seen (Red dead of course but not a horse game) :) ♥ The full release will be interesting and I fully trust what they will create ♥
I love the look of this game so much! i used to compete with my mare in showjumping and the part about phase 1 and 2 and jump offs is so accurate it's amazing! you can tell so much effort and research has gone into this game already :)
I just tried out the game, I find it really fun but it's hard for mouse cursor players. You cannot trot (At least for me) without an actual mouse, and it's quite frustrating so I will have to get one. But overall, I really love the game, its super realistic and fun!

How the hell is sso more realistic than this- the animations are so fake and obviously animated with little to no reference in star stable, plus this is still just a demo, and if it already nailed the animations this much I can't imagine how much it will top sso when fully released
Nope. Being gender locked to female is not okay even in fixed storyline games UNLESS the character has a distinct personality that hinges on being female, which I very much doubt this game will as the gender of the character will likely be a generic afterthought. It would have been easy enough for the dev to create dialouge that switches she for he/they/whatever desired pronoun and to make a character creator that allows for your character to fill the role. As a female irl, I'm sick to death of horse games forcing me to be female if I want to engage with them at all. So sick of being lectured that "it's ok" too. No, it isn't ok. The horse games are for girls stereotype will never change at this rate. This is such a huge dissapointment from such a promising game. Back to playing the Witcher and other games that actually let me ride a horse and be a guy. :/

I recommend using half halts instead of continuously slowing down because it works a bit better : )
